So you hire a team. That team might start off as one person that can do multiple things. Then maybe you hire someone else part time to handle simple task and you scale from there.
Within time if you’re successful at scaling your business your team can eventually grow to hundred or even thousands of people depending on the nature of your business. But regardless of how many people you work with, you as the head of the team will always feel a different type of pressure.
Success can be a lonely Journey but eagles fly alone
And the more more successful you get the more lonely it feels. Don’t get me wrong it still comes with lots of rewards like, financial rewards, recognition, and if you’re doing what’s in your heart and helping others it comes with fulfillment.
Just know that it’s lonely at the top. No matter how much people you work with only you had that experience of building the whole thing. Only you had your individual human experience and all the emotional barriers you had you break through to get to where you are.
That’s why some people can have all the business success in the world and still not be happy. They and only they know what they had to give up to get there. So remember, success can be a lonely journey but Eagles fly alone so make sure you’re doing what you’re doing for the right reasons and you can be proud of it.
