As entrepreneurs, especially at the beginning, we tend to have a huge workload and small pay. The reason why as most of our income (if we make any) goes back into the business. So I’m sure we can agree that focusing on getting more done in a shorter period of time is vital.

I remember when I first started my online business. It was all about creating, Learning, and reinvesting. Mainly reinvesting in learning and business expenses. After the first six months or so it all became very, very overwhelming.

I felt like I was working for nothing but because I had past experience in building a business I understood that it would catch up eventually. A year and a half later to my surprise I was still learning and building. But I was passionate about what I was doing, so I kept going.

At that point my in-laws and girlfriend started acting like I was wasting my time and my work days got longer and longer. So I started searching for ways to increase productivity. I tried and used every hack that I can find to make things work out more efficiently.

And last but not least I found out that eating less often, as in two big meals a day versus three medium meals a day allows your stomach to rest for longer periods of time, which increases your focus.

How? Because the human mind and body works better on a empty stomach. It will take some adjusting before it becomes normal for you to eat this way but once you try this the results are very obvious.
