We hear the stories all the time. Couples getting married after eight years of being together and within six months they’re divorced. Or someone getting lucky and winning the lottery for millions and within 18 months they’re broke broke again.
That’s because what it takes to get to certain place or level in your life is one thing, but what it requires to stay there is a whole other thing.
It’s actually easier to make $1 million dollars than it is to keep it. So in other words, successes for rent not for sale. Let that sink in, Success is for rent not for sale. So if you don’t pay your (rent) or your actions of maintaining it, you can’t stay at that place or at that level of success.
How to get to the next level as an entrepreneur
So you must learn, grow you and adjust every time you level up, if you want to stay there. Are you up for the challenge? Or are you going to take the easy route and stay where you’re at and life?
The choice is yours, you’re in control. Here are a few ways you can grow you to match your income.
- Getting around the right people:
I know it sounds simple but getting around the people that are doing better than you is easier said than done. For some people it means spending a-lot less time with the people they’re used to being around or listening to books and podcast instead of just music.
Sometimes it means putting your self in a room where you feel like the small shot, when you’re used to feeling like the big shot. - Be willing to spend more time alone:
Again easier said than done, especially if you’re an extrovert. Spending time alone allows you to analyze your own thoughts and notice the things that you need to work on and even more importantly work on them.
It’s the best way to get to know yourself in a controlled environment. - Practice self control
Being self disciplined is one of the most impactful qualities you can have in life. It’s the thing that will filter all your decisions and allow you to be able to do what you say you’re going to do.
I know this, you deserve everything you want in life but it comes with the price of knowing how to get it and most importantly knowing how to keep it. Wishing you all the best. Your friend, The Frivilo Entrepreneur
